Terms of Service
Last updated October 6, 2026
1. Agreement
These terms apply to your use of ridewithsidecar.com (the "site"). The site is operated by Sidecar, LLC, a Colorado limited liability company ("Sidecar," "we," "us"). By using the site, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
These terms cover the website only. Any consulting, partnership, or other work with Sidecar is governed by a separate written agreement signed by both parties.
2. What the site is for
The site explains who we are, how we work, and how to start a conversation with us. The content is general information. It is not business, financial, legal, tax, or investment advice, and it is not tailored to your situation.
Using the site or sending us a message does not create a client relationship, a partnership, or any obligation for either side. That only happens through a signed agreement.
3. Using the site
You may use the site for lawful purposes. Please do not:
- Use the site in a way that breaks any law or regulation
- Try to access parts of the site or its systems that are not meant to be public
- Interfere with the site's operation, security, or other visitors' use of it
- Send spam, malicious code, or automated submissions through the contact form
- Scrape or copy the site at scale, or use its content to train machine learning models, without our written permission
- Pretend to be someone else or misstate your connection to a business
We may limit or block access to anyone who does these things.
4. What you send us
When you contact us, please share only what we need to understand your inquiry. You do not need to send confidential or sensitive information to start a conversation, and we ask that you do not.
Information you send through the site is not covered by a confidentiality agreement unless we have signed one with you. We handle it as described in our Privacy Policy.
If you send us ideas or feedback about Sidecar, we may use them without owing you anything. This does not apply to information about your own business, which we handle as described in our Privacy Policy.
5. Our content
The site's text, design, graphics, logos, and other content belong to Sidecar or the people who licensed them to us. The Sidecar name and logo are our trademarks.
You may view the site and share links to it freely. Any other use of its content needs our written permission.
6. Links to other sites
The site links to sites we do not run, including LinkedIn and the sites of ventures we work with, such as CurbSight. We are not responsible for their content, terms, or privacy practices. Please read their policies before using them.
7. Disclaimers
We work to keep the site accurate and available, but we provide it "as is" and "as available." To the extent the law allows, we make no warranties of any kind, express or implied. This includes warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, and non-infringement.
Examples, outcomes, and descriptions of past work on the site illustrate how we work. They are not promises of results for your business.
8. Limits on our liability
To the extent the law allows, Sidecar will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the site. This includes lost profits, revenue, or data.
Our total liability for any claim related to the site will not exceed one hundred US dollars ($100). Some jurisdictions do not allow these limits, so they may not apply to you.
9. Indemnity
To the extent the law allows, if you misuse the site or break these terms, and that leads to a claim against Sidecar, you agree to cover our reasonable losses and costs from that claim, including legal fees.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, without regard to its conflict of law rules. Any dispute about the site will be heard exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Denver County, Colorado, and you and Sidecar consent to those courts.
11. Changes
We may update these terms as the site or the law changes. When we do, we will change the "Last updated" date above. Continuing to use the site after an update means you accept the new terms.
12. General
If any part of these terms cannot be enforced, the rest still applies. If we do not enforce a term right away, we have not given up the right to enforce it later. These terms, together with the Privacy Policy, are the full agreement between you and Sidecar about the site.
13. Contact
Questions about these terms can go to hello@ridewithsidecar.com or by mail to Sidecar, LLC, 2680 18th St, Mailbox 69, Denver, CO 80211.
